Q:I do miss talking with you, your poetry always inspired me to push myself as a writer & you always kept good company when chatting. Hope you're doing well :)
Unf, I wish I knew who this was. Such kind words. :)
Q:I hope you're alright.
I’m wonderful, anon! Why are you worried?
Sometimes when I notice a certain kind of sadness coming on for no reason, it’s often just exhaustion that I’ve ignored.
Black Eyed Peas - Where Is The Love
I’m not posting this because I’m a fan of the Black Eyed Peas, but because I used to be. About a decade ago they were very hip-hop oriented, often in the best ways possible. Now they only aim for calculated “hits”, as they have been for some time. Where Is The Love was my jam when it first came out in 2003, and it fully demonstrates the often forgotten fact that mainstream music (defined by heavy rotation on the radio) can be infectiously catchy yet embody an exceedingly positive and meaningful message. It also exemplifies my hatred towards auto-tune. Imagine if this had auto-tune…ew. As I’ve already stated in my Kanye review, the emotional portrait painted by a naturally beautiful human voice will always exceed the emotional pallet of a manipulated robotic wail.

Q:Have you found "The One"?
I can’t say that I have, but who knows?
